2. Financial Disclaimer
Content on myticker, including stock analysis, screener results, and EMA tracking, is for educational purposes only. We are not SEBI-registered advisors. All investments involve risk, and you are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
- •Processed securely via UPI/Bank Transfer.
- •Active only after admin verification of UTR.
- •Falsifying transactions results in permanent bans.
- •Refunds are strictly evaluated case-by-case.
4. User Accounts
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your password; myticker will never ask for your password directly.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, its original content, features, scanners, algorithms, and functionality are the exclusive property of myticker. The platform is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of India. Web scraping is strictly prohibited.
6. Jurisdiction & Liability
myticker shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
